Saurabh Singal

Founder, KnowDis

Saurabh holds a B.Tech. degree in Computer Science & Engineering from IIT Delhi and an M.S. from Carnegie Mellon University. He worked in leading investment banks (Deutsche Bank, Merrill Lynch, and Credit Suisse) and hedge funds (Harborview, Manchester Partners) in the global financial hubs (Tokyo, New York, London, and Singapore) as a derivatives trader. He went on to manage the India ANKAM Fund, a quant hedge fund in Singapore, which used highly sophisticated and intelligent algorithms for making trading decisions. After leaving the world of investment management, Saurabh founded Ankam, a Singapore-based Machine Learning company that provided its clients with algorithmic solutions in the domains of Pharma and Finance. Saurabh founded KnowDis in 2018.

Neeta Singal

Neeta holds a B.Com. (Hons.) degree from Delhi University, Specialist Diplomas in Operational Risk Management & Market Risk Analytics from the National University of Singapore, and a Certificate in Advanced Financial Analysis, School of Continuing and Professional Studies, New York University, USA. Her key strength lies in interpreting complex data.

Senior Data Scientist

Achal holds a B.Tech from IIT Kanpur in Chemical Engg. and a MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur. Prior to joining KnowDis he has worked in different domains Operations, HR, Startegy, Political Consulting.

Senior Data Scientist

Prafull holds a Master's in Applied Artificial Intelligence & Data Science from DSTI, Paris. His background and interests are Deep learning, NLP, semantic search.

Bhuthesh R

Senior Data Scientist

Bhuthesh holds a B.E from VTU, Belgaum. His interests are in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Large Scale Data Systems. He previously worked at Google India, Kenome Technologies and Machine and Language Learning Lab at IISc

Keshav is pursuing his Ph.D. at IIT Delhi, specializing in NLP. He has publications at top-tier NLP conferences such as ACL and EMNLP. He is experienced in working with knowledge graphs, recommendation systems, and machine translation involving Indic languages.

Mrityunjay Singh

Data Scientist

Dr. Mrityunjay Singh received Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from DPSRU and THSTI-DBT, with a specialization in Computational Chemistry and Biophysics. He has worked on a variety of drug development projects. He has two Indian patients in addition to peer-reviewed articles. He has a strong interest in Python programming and AI.

Bithika Pal

Bithika is pursuing his Ph.D. at IIT Kharagpur, specializing in Sparse Neural Networks. She has publications at top-tier ML conferences such as ICML and SIGIR. She is experienced in working with Neural Networks, Pruning in Neural Networks, Recommendation Systems, and using graph information.

Ananjan Nandi

Intern

Ananjan is pursuing a B.Tech. degree in Computer Science and Engineering at IIT Delhi, with a Specialization in Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence. He has worked in the fields of knowledge graph completion and land use land cover classification, and his current interests lie in NLP and Relational ML.
