About the Role

We seek a Technical Product Manager / Program Manager with a strong background in SaaS and e-commerce. The ideal candidate will define product vision, manage execution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build AI-powered solutions.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for AI-driven e-commerce applications.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to drive product development.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and growth.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
• Analyse product performance metrics and drive continuous optimisation.
• Ensure seamless project execution by managing timelines, dependencies, and risks.
• Stay updated on AI, ML, and e-commerce industry trends to enhance product innovation.
• Lead and mentor teams to ensure high performance and successful product delivery.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of overall professional experience, including at least 2 years in Product Management or Program Management roles within SaaS, e-commerce, or AI-driven products.
• Strong understanding of AI, ML, and data-driven decision-making in e-commerce.
• Proven track record in defining product strategy, roadmap execution, and stakeholder management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• B.Tech from IIT and MBA from IIM, ISB, or FMS (or equivalent top-tier institutions).
